Les Figuiers is accessed by an entrance door off the external staircase which leads up to the shared rear terrace and splash pool.
The open plan living/dining area has shuttered windows looking over stunning views of the surrounding countryside. A sofa and easy chairs provide comfortable seating and there is a dining table and chairs for 4 people. For your entertainment there is a radio/CD system and reading material and local tourist information is provided.
The American style kitchenette which opens onto the living/dining area has a 2 plate electric hob, a combination microwave oven/grill, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. It is extensively equipped with crockery and utensils for preparing your tasty Mediterranean meals which can be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors on the rear terrace, where there is also a barbecue at your disposal.
Bedroom One is an attractive room for 2 people with a double bed, storage cupboard and wardrobe space. The beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. There is a lockable door which gives access to the external stairs leading up to the rear terrace.
Bedroom Two is a pleasant light and airy room and has been decorated to reflect images of the local surroundings, such as the nearby ‘Bambouseraie de Prafrance’. It has twin beds which can be fully converted to become a king size bed, making it suitable for singles, or double occupancy. This room has a dresser with drawer storage and a large wardrobe is available in the hallway.
Bathroom Two is a large bathroom with oval bath with shower over, twin washbasins and a bidet. There is a second separate WC.
Outdoors is a peaceful shared rear terrace with splash pool for relaxing and outdoor dining. Here there is a BBQ and garden furniture including table and chairs. (The splash pool is shared with 1 other apartment).
Suitability: Not Suitable For Wheelchairs. Not Suitable For Elderly, Sorry - No Pets Allowed. Not recommended for children under 14 years.
