L’Hirondelle is accessed by an entrance door from the rear terrace terrace which leads to a charming "cottage" style kitchen . There is a two burner gas hob, a combination microwave oven/grill, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. It is extensively equipped with crockery and utensils for preparing your tasty Mediterranean meals which can be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors on the rear terrace, where there is also a barbecue at your disposal.
The kitchen leads to the open plan living and dining area. This elegant and stylish room has a mix of contemporary and classic furnishings which reflect an element of tradition combined with a high standard of accommodation. Heating is by Real Fire or electric panel radiators.
There is comfortable seating around a large fireplace and shuttered windows facing south with stunning views. For your entertainment there is a TV, DVD, Radio, CD System and reading material and local tourist information is provided.
The open plan dining area has a table, chairs and all the equipment required for elegant dining for 6 people. (Outdoor dining can be on 2 terraces - one with private access from the bedroom.)
The timber stairway leads to the double bedroom with a Queen-size bed. The bedroom has picture windows with magnificent views and a doorway which leads onto the private sun terrace where you can take a leisurely breakfast or relax over pre-dinner aperitifs watching the sun slip behind the distant Cevennes.
The large bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and wash basin. There are cupboards with ample storage space and a utility cupboard with iron and ironing board. There is a separate WC.
Outside there is a peaceful shared rear terrace with splash pool for relaxing and outdoor dining. Here there is a BBQ and garden furniture including table and chairs. (The splash pool is shared with 1 other apartment). There is also a private terrace with stunning views accessed from the bedroom, again equipped with table and chairs and furniture to enjoy your aperitifs.
Suitability: Not Suitable For Wheelchairs. Not Suitable For Elderly, Sorry - No Pets Allowed. Not recommended for children under 14 years.
