Novice or expert? The region has a mix of 9, 11 or 18 hole golf courses and driving ranges.

A golf pass is available which gives five days' green fees to be used during 15 consecutive days and covers 20 different courses throughout the Languedoc-Roussillon

Ski and Snowsports

The closer mountain ranges lend themselves perfectly to cross-country skiing in the winter months, whilst the Pyrénées and the Haute Alpes a little further afield are dotted with valley and mountaintop resorts offering a wide variety of snowsports from snowboarding and alpine skiing to para-skiing and snow motorbikes.

In the winter months La Station de Prat-Peyrot on Mont Aigoual offers limited skiing for those who just cannot stay off the piste (it has installed 65 snow canons and has 14 skilifts for downhill skiing), and has 60 kilometers of waymarked cross country routes.
For more challenging and extensive skiing, Andorra and the Pyrénées can be reached in 2-3 hours and the Haute-Alpes in 3-4 hours.
